Summer is here. Now we need refreshing drinks. There are many varieties of drinks available in the market but they are not so healthy.   • Blender

METHOD
  • At first, take the ripe bananas. Peel them well. Now cut them into pieces. Keep aside.
  • For the measurements of the sugar, I prefer 2 tea spoon for each glass as I make four glasses Banana Milk Shake so I add the double quantity of it that is 8 tea spoon. If you make for 5 people as an example so you have to add 10 tea spoon of sugar. That measurement would be perfect for every time you make. If you do not want to add sugar to the shake so you can use honey instead of it. Use honey as your taste.
  • Now take milk. I prefer to use full fat milk. It makes the shake tastier but if you do not want to use full fat milk then you can use skimmed milk. The milk should be boiled well and then keep in the refrigerator for chilling or if you use room temperature milk it will be fine also as we use ice cubes in the shake.
  • Crush the cardamoms using any hard thing or you can use cardamom powder instead of it. Chop the cashew nuts and pistachio for the decoration later. We arrange all the ingredients now we can make the shake.
  • Take a good blender and add the chopped bananas, milk, sugar, cardamom powder or crushed cardamoms and ice cubes to it. Blend for 2-3 minutes taking gaps occasionally and make a smooth and chilled Banana Milk Shake.
  • Now arrange your glasses pour the shake direct from the blender. Now decorate it with the chopped nuts over it. The beautifully decorated restaurant style Banana Milk Shake is ready to serve.

IMPORTANT COOKING TIPS
  • Use fully ripe bananas otherwise, the taste will not good. Discard the thread from the bananas before blending.
  • If you want to the shake creamy and thick then add some cream to it.
